Seeking a leadership opportunity with a progressive and forward-thinking housing provider, or within a Government setting. With a strong track record in housing management, they bring experience across mixed tenure portfolios, market rent schemes, leasehold management, and complex tenancy issues, including anti-social behaviour and trauma-informed service delivery. In addition to housing operational expertise, they are highly engaged in policy development and government initiatives, with a keen interest in the mechanics of policy design and innovative, agile approaches to service delivery. Open to relocation across states / territories for the right role.

Events / Project Management Professional:  An organised, detail‑driven events and project management professional experienced in large‑scale events, conferences, and national engagement programs. Brings strong coordination skills and a practical, systems‑focused approach to improving processes and workflows. Seeking a fully remote role with flexibility for travel.

Head of Talent: Extensive experience in leading end-to-end recruitment for senior government appointments. Skilled in talent strategy, stakeholder engagement, and delivering high-quality outcomes across complex recruitment processes. Brings strong leadership capability, proven success in sourcing and securing top talent, and the ability to build trusted relationships with executives and hiring managers. Currently seeking a Talent Lead role in Western Sydney to apply expertise in driving recruitment excellence and workforce growth.

HR Advisor:  Experienced HR professional with a background spanning recruitment, HR generalist duties, and employee relations. Brings strong capability in supporting employees, improving staff retention, and managing ER matters with a calm, personable, and solutions-focused approach. Known for excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with staff at all levels to support positive workplace outcomes. Community Housing Team Leader:  Experienced housing professional with strong capability across tenancy management, asset management, and operational oversight within the community housing sector. Brings a balanced, hands-on leadership approach with a proven ability to support service delivery, compliance, and team performance. 10 years’ experience across the Australian and UK housing sectors, offering valuable cross-jurisdictional insight and adaptable operational expertise. Well suited to a team leader role with clear potential to progress into regional manager or broader operations leadership positions. Requires employer sponsorship.

Program Manager:  Experienced project professional with a strong background across not‑for‑profits and small organisations, including extensive work within First Nations communities and organisations. Brings solid capability in community development, project management, and program coordination, with a hands‑on, people‑centred approach. Highly organised with strong administrative skills and known for building effective relationships and engaging diverse stakeholders. Ideally seeking opportunities in project management, project coordination, or program officer roles, but also open to positions in events, housing, or government. Based in Sydney or open to remote roles.
 
Community & Stakeholder Engagement Lead:  Senior community and stakeholder engagement specialist with 8 years’ experience across community engagement, communications, and partnership development, including extensive work with First Nations communities. Brings strong cultural capability and a respectful, outcomes‑focused approach developed through long‑term engagement across state-wide programs. Highly experienced in consultation, engagement planning, communications, and managing complex stakeholder relationships across diverse regions. Confident working with government, community organisations, and local stakeholders, and brings a collaborative, people‑centred style. Based in the Blue Mountains and open to Western Sydney‑based opportunities.
 
Administration & Clerical Support:  Experienced administration and customer‑facing professional seeking casual or part‑time opportunities across remote, hybrid, or on‑site settings in South West Sydney. Brings strong frontline experience within policing and court environments, including front‑desk customer service, document processing, and handling sensitive and confidential information. Also has experience coordinating large‑scale events, managing logistics, security arrangements, and operational support. Brings extensive hands‑on experience supporting vulnerable communities, with a background spanning NDIS support, case management, court support, youth engagement, mental health, and disability services. Also offers strong operational capability across payroll, HR administration, WHS, staff supervision, project coordination, and contract management within council and community settings.  Known for a people‑focused and relationship‑driven approach, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to manage complex workloads across community‑facing and public sector environments.
